On Facebook yesterday evening, violinist Edwin Huizinga (whom I can't believe I haven't mentioned here, but I'm not finding a reference... I'll have to keep looking, or else just make a new post about him, because he's a treat, for sure)... anyway, Edwin mentioned "making music with Bjarte Eike." So I had to look this Eike fellow up. He happens to be Norwegian.
