It's not expensive, and it makes me happy.
Often, I buy myself flowers afterward by way of celebration.
Yesterday, I found tulips. White and red.
I was about to say that red is my favorite color when it comes to flowers.
But in roses, I prefer yellow.

i can relate, 100%, and probably the biggest thing i miss now is not being able to have that luxury - it was very hard to give up, but the career change made it not feasible :( .. so less stress but the house not as tidy!
….. and speaking of cleaning up, I'm off to shuffle through boxes. tomorrow is market day, my lilies from last sunday are only just now blooming. they tend to be a two week flower
